4As a smoker and big tea drinker I am constantly looking for a whitening toothpaste that works, and this did that over a period of time. It was a slow process but after a couple of days of use, I noticed that the corners/lower half of my teeth were a lot whiter than the upper part., and all this with minimal sensitivity, while all the time protecting the enamel.
