Oral-B Standard 2 Year Warranty

Your Oral-B warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 2 years. If your Oral-B product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The extra warranty awarded by shopping on shop.oralb.co.uk cannot be used in addition to any extra warranty obtained via another campaign. Warranties are extended by a maximum of 1 year, giving you a maximum of 3 years warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accident, misuse, dirt or water
  • The product being tampered with
  • Improper use
  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Oral-B/Braun
  • Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
  • The product being altered or used for commercial purposes

1-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

By purchasing a device directly from shop.oralb.uk you qualify for a one year extended warranty for our electrical brushes. This is in addition to our standard 2-year warranty, giving you a total of three years of cover. You will receive an email confirming the details of your extended warranty. Please retain both the warranty confirmation email and your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Within the guarantee period we will eliminate, free of charge, any defects in the appliance resulting from faults in materials or workmanship, either by repairing or replacing the complete appliance as we may choose. Depending on availability replacement of a unit might result in a different color or an equivalent model.

Important information.

In case you need to redeem your warranty, it is required that you print and retain this certificate and your original sales receipt. It is best to print out this PDF file and keep it together with your proof of purchase.

This guarantee extends to every country where this appliance is supplied by Oral-B or its appointed distributor. This guarantee does not cover: damage due to improper use, normal wear or use, especially regarding the brush heads, as well as defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance.

This limited warranty does not apply to (i) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, misapplication, or non-P&G product; (ii) damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Braun or authorized Braun service location; (iii) a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of P&G, and (iv) damage arising out of the use of or inability to use the Oral-B Smartphone stand/puck, Smartphone mirror holder, or charging travel case («Accessories»).

Environmental Notice

Product contains batteries and/or recyclable electric waste. For environment protection do not dispose in household waste, but for recycling take to electric waste collection points provided in your country.

How to Make a Claim

Contact Procter & Gamble Consumer Relations by phone on 0800 7837010. You will be asked to provide your proof of purchase and warranty confirmation emails.

Olympic Shavers will repair or replace your Oral-B electric toothbrush free of charge, provided it meets our warranty terms and conditions.

For In Warranty Service: You can submit your details via the online portal by clicking here or alternatively calling Olympic Shavers on 0115 773 0002.

When returning your toothbrush, ensure it is packaged suitably to withstand normal freight handling. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage/shipping. Our warranty will cover product repair or replacement and shipping costs.

For Out of Warranty Service: You can still send your electric toothbrush to Olympic Shavers as they offer a free repair estimate service.

How long will the process take?

Shavers aims to process your toothbrush within 5 working days of receipt. This applies to all cases, whether in or out of warranty. Should they have any questions or if you are requesting an estimate they will be in touch, otherwise your toothbrush will be restored to full working order and returned to you.
