How to use dental floss

Wash your hands. To maintain hygienic oral care, be sure to wash your hands before you reach for Oral-B dental floss.

Wind

Unwind a string of floss about 18 inches long and snip off. Wind it around your middle fingers, keeping 1-2 inches taut between them.

Guide & slide

With thumbs and index fingers guide the floss between teeth, moving it in a zigzag motion up and down and around the tooth. Be sure to floss under the gum line, and the back teeth.

Roll along
