Massive upgrade from my old vitality one! There are pros and few cons. Pros: - great design, very cute black galaxy black, super light and easy to hold - great features. The brushing modes are great and can clean tongue too (separate mode) - the station showing you which parts are you brushing and changing to white when you done good job is a great feature - the pressure light turning red is great warning - battery charges when put on station - great clean with the ultimate head - mine came with charging case so can take it on holiday too Cons: -toothpaste stains show very quickly so you need to clean properly after every use - I use daily clean and that can be powerfull for a newbie. I am still to use the intense setting - the batter seem to be jumping a bit with percentages so not sure if it charges 100% - it drops about 4% for each brush - I brush about 3 min so don't think that will last 14days (but get the charging case) - sometimes the brushing feedback I don't think is 100% accurate because if I don't turn brush upside down didn't seem to register straight away which part you brushing. If you close your teeth and brush upper and lower at the same time then seem to register only one part Overall a fantastic toothbrush. I am super happy with it! For someone who used vitality and pro for years this is an insane upgrade! I think once you try IO you will never go back. - it is pricey!

I loved: The pressure colour sensor, to tell if I'm brushing too softly or too hard The smiley face with clock timer to tell me how long I brushed for. The sparkly sky at night colouring on the handle. The new advanced brush head. - my teeth have never felt so clean! Honestly! The app. For me it is a quirky measuring device of what you did, for how long and when, but I feel like other health measuring devices that the novelty might wear off. I think where this feature comes into its own is when the kids say they've brushed their teeth, and you can check this now. And how well. I used the interactive guidance by having the app open when I brushed. It showed me I don't do the top back right enough, and often. So it improved my brushing. Again I would have loved this to be part of my kids routine. I loved having the 2 minute target, where you win a colour celebration. It's the little things. This model has an innovative charger, different to previous models, where you park the brush when not using. I like it. And it fulfils the need to charge the brush more as you are using it more. I did not like the 2 pin plug. It's lazy and self serving. I don't have a 2 pin socket in my house, and I don't think it's at all common for others to have one. Just include a UK 3 pin, or make it a usb socket. For this rather spectacular premium product at a premium price, this simple thing lets it down.
