This toothbrush is next level, and had such advanced technology leaving my teeth feeling instantly cleaner. The motor is so much smoother and quieter, and the additional features such as gum pressure detectors and 2 minute timer, gives that extra help to get your teeth sparkling!

My first impressions of this toothbrush were that it looked very sturdy, robust and looked like it would do a very good job of cleaning my teeth. The toothbrush was simple and fast to charge, and I couldn't wait to start using it. Once fully charged, I started using straight away, I could not believe how much of a difference this made to my teeth, in comparison to my manual toothbrush. My teeth felt amazingly clean after use, silky smooth and almost like I had had them cleaned at the dentist. I am loving all the difference features on the toothbrush and slowly working my way through using them all. There is no comparison between using this electric toothbrush and my manual toothbrush, my teeth never felt really clean with the manual toothbrush but now they feel fantastic. There is no chance that I will be going back to a manual toothbrush now. I would highly recommend this toothbrush to anyone who is thinking of switching to an electric toothbrush. It is simple to use, but gives amazing results. Electric toothbrush all the way for me from now on.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I have been unhappy with my electric toothbrush purchases changing every 6 months when they made my gums bleed, gross furry teeth feeling, difficult buttons to use etc. The iO5 has been a breath of minty fresh air! It is lightweight & sleek in design. It is easy to use and navigate/understand the different modes. For me (F 47) the 360 pressure sensor is fantastic. My old model had a small light that I couldn't see when the toothbrush was angled away from me so this is smart design. Even the off/on button is easy to manipulate with wet or arthritic hands and there are no silicone grips to go discoloured etc. We both (F 47) (M 79) commented on how clean our teeth felt compared to our old electric toothbrushes and the larger head really does "cup" your tooth and feel like it is deep cleaning but not aggressively or in anyway damaging your teeth and sensitive gums haven't been irritated in anyway. There is a slight gap between brush head and body which potentially will hold water residue etc but as you rinse through the head after each use this shouldn't be an issue, and I haven't tried the app yet as my phone can't even cope with a software upgrade right now! Highly recommend, the iO5 has restored our faith in electric toothbrush performance. I can't wait to show off to my dentist!

The toothbrushes are sleek and look good on display in the bathroom! I can actually feel the difference in clean compared to my previous toothbrush, and the interactive app is a fun and interactive way of ensuring that my whole mouth is covered and clean. The pressure sensor is also really smart and I've noticed already that my gums feel less sore after cleaning, because I'm more conscious of how much pressure I'm also very impressed by the different settings options, and I'm looking forward to using different ones, although it can be slightly awkward to change them whilst you're brushing because of where they're placed. Overall, I think this toothbrush is a great investment and I'm looking forward to hearing my hygienists feedback at my next appointment!

The extra features- like the 2-minute timer, the pressure sensor to tell you when you're brushing too hard/lightly and the ability to connect to the app via bluetooth to track your brushing- are really handy and elevate what is normally a really mundane experience. The small brush heads are handy and my teeth feel much cleaner using these compared to manual brushes, or even my old, less advanced electric toothbrush (a much older model). The travel case is a handy bonus as I HATE having to lug a loose toothbrush around when travelling, and the charging port is simple enough, though I've had to buy an extension plug for it as I don't have a 2-prong plug socket in my bathroom. Altogether, a really worthwhile product in my opinion.
