They're super soft but still clean my teeth really well. My gums don't feel sore anymore after brushing, and my mouth feels fresh every time. Definitely worth it if you've got sensitive teeth like me

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] As a previous user of the Ultimate clean brush heads I wanted to try something with softer bristles so I can focus on my gum health. The brushes are well made and built to last the recommended 3 months. Whilst brushing, the clean felt thorough yet gentle due to the softer bristles so I could reach the gum line easily. Since using these brush heads my gums are more firm and pink and I have less plaque buildup. I would totally recommend these brush heads for everyday use with softer but effective bristles.

I have quite sensitive gums and I'm terrible for pressing on too hard with my toothbrush so having the gentle heads has meant that even if I do press on hard they don't hurt my gums and they still give my teeth a thorough clean.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] For me the bristles on this brush are noticeably softer than on the Ultimate Clean brush head I normally use and I was positively surprised at how well these brushes clean. I found them to be as good as the Ultimate Clean brush head but much more gentle. I noticed less sensitivity than usual and no gum abrasions without feeling that the brushing is any less effective than usual. Gums are cleaned gently but effectively and overall I am left with a very clean sensation in my mouth. I will see if my hygienist notices any difference! So far, I would definitely recommend to anyone with sensitive teeth and or gums.

I had been concerned that they would be too gentle and a bit ineffective but they manage to clean well without hurting my mouth. Fabulous cleaning of my teeth and no painful gums . [This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] For the past 18 months I have been using an Oral B iO Series 4 electric toothbrush paired with the iO Ultimate Clean brushes. I have been using the Ultimate Clean version of the recommended brush as, to be honest, I was unsure as to which brush would be the most appropriate for me as, for my age, my teeth and gums are in reasonably good condition despite some signs of gum recession caused by too much aggressive brushing with a regular toothbrush in days now long gone by. When I received the Gentle Care version of the brush to test, I must admit that I was sceptical as to whether I would consider it to be a noticeable improvement for me over the Ultimate Clean version. I was expecting them to feel softer but, maybe, to be less effective in their cleaning action. The brushes certainly have a softer feel about them but the big surprise was just how good they were to use. The cleaning performance on my teeth in all the settings was similar, and everything I have come to expect from Oral B products in the past, but the real plus was the noticeable gentler feel as the brush head moved around the sensitive gum areas above and below my teeth. Whether they last as long as the Ultimate Clean brushes, only time will tell but, whilst the Ultimate Clean version of the brushes might suit some users better, for my wife and I, in our advancing years, we will definitely be changing to the Gentle Care brushes for our future use.
