[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] been using this for a week now, and think its great, it gives a really good clean, i have had normal oral b brushes before but the io definitely gives a better and deeper clean i happed to be going to the dentist on the day this arrives, while talking to him he said these are great and not to worry if i have bleeding the 1st few times i use it as they do give a deep clean (luckily i was fine but thought it was worth noting) pros the app helps you be sure you have given all your teeth a full clean a choice of settings to suit your needs (gum health, whitening, daily etc) not too loud clear timer lovely light weight design the lights / app telling you if your brushing to soft or too hard cons i wish the charging bar would stay on the screen so its easy to be sure its Charing properly takes a while to charge (about 16h i think it was) but i guess no longer than most other electric toothbrushes. it could use a better power on and off button so you know your not draining the battery the replacement heads are quite expensive and generic ones don't fit

I'm still trying out all the different brushing modes but overall I would recommend this toothbrush to anybody wanting a new toothbrush.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I've been trying out the Oral-B iO Series 6 Duo, and I honestly love it. The fact that it comes with two brushes (pink and black) is great -- it feels like such good value, and means both me and my partner can have our own. The brushing experience itself is on another level compared to a regular electric toothbrush. The clean feels much more thorough, and my teeth feel smooth like I've just come from the dentist. I like the timer and pressure sensor too -- they keep me brushing properly without pressing too hard. The design is really sleek, and I especially love the pink one -- it looks great sitting out in the bathroom. They're also surprisingly quiet compared to other brushes I've used, which makes morning brushing a bit calmer. Charging is straightforward, and the battery lasts well. Overall, the iO Series 6 Duo has actually made me enjoy brushing, and it's definitely encouraged better habits in our house.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I ditched my manual toothbrush many years ago following advice from my dentist to purchase an electric toothbrush which would deliver significantly improved cleaning, which was when I first tried a very early version of Oral B. I have been using their iO Series 6 for the past 10 days or so and it is an absolute dream and has made a significant improvement to my oral health. I was highly impressed when reading the accompanying user guide as there are a number of brushing modes to choose from and I love the fact that there is a mode specifically for gum care where the brush provides a gentle massage. As I suffer with gum disease, this is a huge benefit for me. I tend to alternate with the different modes of daily clean, sensitive and intense. There is a white mode, which I'm keen to try at some point. I love the addition of the tongue clean mode, which is gentle yet effective and I use this on a daily basis. The interactive display is highly beneficial so it's easy to establish which mode I've selected and like my earlier Oral B, the timer delivers a stuttering sound at 30 minute intervals. The brush is highly innovative with its smart pressure sensor features which are displayed with different colours of light which change to notify me if I need to reduce the pressure. I like the fact that the interactive display informs me how much charge is remaining so I don't run the risk of being without any charge. In addition, the display will inform me on when to replace the brush, which is an excellent idea. I love the fact that the device delivers feedback on my 2 minute brushing technique by displaying a smiley face. My teeth, gums and tongue feel much cleaner after using which gives me confidence that I am doing all that I can for my oral health. Both my husband and I are highly impressed and can most definitely recommend.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I've been using the iO6 toothbrush for about 2 weeks. I was using an Oral-B Vitality Pro electric toothbrush before this. First impressions were that the toothbrush is well built and of good quality. In terms of cleaning performance I found it comparable to my Vitality Pro electric toothbrush, although when I used the deep clean mode my teeth did feel slightly cleaner/ smoother when I ran my tongue over after. The biggest change I've found is the number of features it has. After using the Oral-B app I realised I have not been cleaning the rear upper of my mouth as much as my other parts. I don't use the app any more but am more concious to more evenly brush my teeth now. What has also been a change is the instant feedback whether I am over or under brushing from the LED lights. I would definitely recommend the Oral-B iO6 to people wishing to improve their oral health.

The toothbrush is quite nice looking and the travelling case is a good ide, but I'm not entirely convinced about the different settings. They all seem to do the same thing to me. However, overall I'm quite impressed.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I received this test toothbrush a couple of weeks ago and started using it immediately. I have to say I have found it to be a great improvement on my previous base model Oral-B electric brush. My teeth felt really clean after using it, almost equivalent to having had a scale and polish at the hygienist! It was easy to set up out of the box and came partially charged. Full charge took a further 5 hours. The brush displays remaining charge after use and I noticed that it used about 6% per 2 minute brushing cycle. By my calculations that would mean a week's charge if brushing twice a day which is more than adequate. It was really useful being able to see the remaining charge after brushing - no more getting half-way through cleaning your teeth only to have the charge run out. There are several different brushing modes which I've tried. They seem to result in a different rate of oscillation and I've settled into using the daily mode in the morning and whitening mode at night. The vibration of the head is quite different from my previous brush and took a bit of getting used to but I'm fine with it now. There is a 30 second warning to tell you to move onto the next quadrant in your mouth. This, along with the coloured light telling you if you're brushing too hard (red), ok (green) or missing (white) are really useful visual aids. Also there is a reminder telling you when to replace the head which is a good asset. I think given the retail price of these brushes, they are probably a fair investment. After all, there is nothing like having a bright fresh smile and being able to save on hygienist visits! I am so glad to have been able to try this brush out and will certainly continue to use it.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] On opening the oral-b i0 series 6 electric toothbrush, it has a smooth comfortable handle to hold. Switching on, there is the option of using the Bluetooth oral-B app. Bear in mind you need iOS 17 update for it to work so older phones no. Has the 30 second timer intervals with the usual recommended 2 minute brushing the interactive cleaning is good. Tells you if you're pressing too much or too little. Shows where and performance of your technique. I do like this feature. Daily clean, whiten, intense sensitive and gum are modes are clearly shown. Out the box it came with 40% charge so before charging I got chance to try. Must say first impressions it just feels amazingly different. That numbing cleaning feeling if we can actually remember coming out of the dentists. You don't quite know what but it does feel good and something I've never had from a toothbrush. So far. Excellent

The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the very high price, which I'm sure will put a lot of people off. Great 1st impressions though. Looks very sleek and love the black colour (I do miss the slight rubber parts on my old brush as I felt it gives a better grip). It's definitely changed my brushed techniques. Who knew getting the correct pressure was so difficult, but I love the gum pressure sensor. It took me a few days to master the pressure. I started off too light in some areas and then Jumped to, too much pressure, so that was great to learn. I love the different modes. Started with sensitive, as I didn't want to hurt my gums too much. Now use daily clean and I definitely notice my teeth have an extra sparkle and noticeably less plaque. I used the app for a week and it helped spot areas I've not been brushing enough. However I did notice it was very slow to notice I was brushing the bottom left of my mouth quite often and this made my score always less than 100% because of this. I'm not sure I'll use the app regularly, maybe a spot check occasionally. The timer is great especially when it buzzes to tell you to move area after 30sec. The last helpful addition is the brush head replacement reminder because I never remember to change my current one. Hopefully my dentist will notice an impressive with my oral health.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] This is the best Oral B electric toothbrush I have ever used. It is more advanced than previous models, firstly the head has less wobble movement than the older models, it really gets into all the areas of your teeth, secondly the oscillating and rotating movement combined is much more efficient, but does sound like a wasp in your mouth. Love the little smiley face that greets you when you pick up your brush, the four phase timer is perfect to insure you spend the correct amount of focus on each area. The gum pressure sensor goes red if you press too hard, and love that you can personalise the colour change lights makes it fun!
