The difference between this toothbrush and the Pro series is massive. The toothbrush itself is so quiet and the various settings are easy to sort out. The different cleaning cycles allow you to address specific concerns and the feedback, both during and after brushing, means that you can ensure an optimum clean every single use. The ability to check the remaining battery means you never end up with the slowing rotation of a dying battery and flashing red light again!

The brushing experience is much smoother, and pairing the toothbrush with the Oral-B app was incredibly simple. The app also gives helpful reminders for when it's time to replace your brush head. Another immediate improvement I noticed was how much quieter this model is compared to the Pro 1. There's also a timer/pacer that nudges me every 30 seconds to switch to a different area of my mouth, along with a display that shows my performance once I'm done. This bit of feedback is encouraging and helps me feel accomplished. I value the range of cleaning modes, like Daily Clean, Sensitive, and Gum Care, enabling me to select a gentler option when my gums are sore or a more intense mode when I want a deeper clean. However, there are a few aspects I think could be improved. The battery life is decent but doesn't always hit the "two full weeks" mark when used heavily (especially with the Bluetooth/app features in play). Additionally, the plastic travel case is rather simple, it safeguards the handle and heads, but it doesn't charge the brush or feel high-end. The brush is fairly quiet compared to previous ones used and I love the fact there are so many brush modes. I feel these will take my brushing to a new level. I used to have to time my brushes but now have this done for me by the clever tech on board. This has also allowed me to apply the correct pressure when brushing which should make a better all round job. I love having this in my life and hopefully the dentist will agree that my teeth have benefitted from this new tech dentistry regime. I hate too much tech so this feels a worthwhile product as it helps but doesn't baffle the user. Simple instructions and charging also help to make this a great new addition to our family

After playing a bit I loved the choice of colours you can have to light up the brush. The timer is great and gives a little beep every 30 seconds and a few vibrations at 2 minutes. I genuinely believe my teeth are mouth are feeling cleaner overall. As someone who has had Oral B electronic toothbrushs for a lot if years, this one really is the best ever and I am recommending it to all my friends.

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] I've owned a couple of Oral-B brushes before this one and while the iO6 has some strong points but it's not my favourite. The handle design is a highlight as it's ergonomic, easy to hold and feels good in the hand. Performance wise, it cleans thoroughly, which is exactly what you'd expect from Oral-B. I'm not a fan of the new brush head! Its design is bigger and feels harder than the older heads which I preferred. The larger size makes brushing feel clumsy and I find it uncomfortable. I've also noticed the battery doesn't last as long as my older models, which means charging it more often due to the connectivity with the app. So while the iO6 delivers a solid clean, the comfort factor just isn't there for me. If Oral-B still offered the older style heads, I'd probably enjoy it much more.

The IO6 looks modern and stylish in the bathroom, unlike the basic supermarket brand I had previously. The digital face allows me to easily see and navigate the features as well as using the timer, knowing how much battery is left and notifying when to change the head! The design of the head makes it easy to change rather than having to play tug of war to try to get it off! The power is strong but not too loud and I can honestly say my mouth feels fresher, especially my very back teeth which are sometimes tricky to get to when my wisdom teeth are feeling tender! This brush is gentle enough to get right in there without causing additional discomfort. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] Having used a electric toothbrush for years I didn't think anything could better my old oral b toothbrush, how wrong was i the oral b io6 is a brilliant piece of kit my teeth feel so much cleaner after use, it took me a while to master the set up but think that was just me, I absolutely love that you get an app on your phone to guide you through so you can see what teeth need more attention and also the lights are a good indicator green more pressure needed and red to much pressure you can even customise the brush through the phone app which is handy, it's brilliant that there are different brushing modes as well thought it was going to be heavy to hold but its not, i feel after that I don't need to floss as much as the toothbrush has done most of the work, I definitely won't be going back to my old toothbrush

From the first time we both said how different they feel to our older Oral-b toothbrushes, in terms of cleanliness of our teeth and gums, as well as how lightweight they felt against our teeth when brushing. I particularly love the digital display featuring a timer, a little welcome greeting in the mornings as well as a run down of how much pressure I was applying to my gums. It also let's you know how long until you need to replace the toothbrush head! How handy! The different modes are also a great feature. I like the daily clean feature, whereas my husband has over active gums so prefers the intense clean. I look forward to my morning and evening routine and have recommended to my friends and family

[This review was submitted after receiving an incentive.] We have the duo pack so both me and my partner have been using together, it's such a great toothbrush with brilliant features The screen is a brilliant addition to a toothbrush and I love the fact it tells you whether you are brushing just right, not enough pressure or too much, the summary at the end is brilliant and me and my partner have been in competition with each other to see who has the more perfect brush time! It's all very clear from the visuals on the toothbrush screen how you brush your teeth as well as showing when the brush head needs replacing The only negatives I would give is that it doesn't auto turn off at the end of the two/three min brush cycle as I have had this with other brands, also that the plug it comes with isn't a usb, it's a shaver plug and most modern bathrooms don't have this fitting Overall I am very impressed and the element of competition with each other makes it much more fun brushing our teeth!!! Would recommend to anyone, great toothbrush
