Good cleaning ability, but I have had issues with the toothbrush holding its charge since I bought it. It has been ‘repaired twice’ but it doesn’t resolve the issue. After a full charge, after even one use, the brush can think it is out of charge. I only noticed the other day when I put it one charge, it then immediately thinks it has charge in it (anything from 45% to 80%). Now it’s out of warranty, they have quoted approx £150 to fix it. I’ve decided to go back to Sonicare as the reviews for battery life etc is a lot better. It’s a shame as you would expect a £250 toothbrush to last longer than it has. It’s been well looked after too. I captured the issue on video however unable to upload here.
It's a great product and the app is really cool. But absolutely bizarre that it doesn't charge via USB!

Real a good quality toothpaste.
This is the best toothbrush I have purchased.Easy to use, high performance and excellent battery life. I strongly recommend Oral-B iO9 Electric Toothbrush if you are looking for high performance intelligent toothbrush.
I bought this toothbrush for my husband and he is very pleased with it. It was a very good buy.
Decided to go with this toothbrush even though it is expensive. What a difference from my old Oral B a better clean and different settings too. Only drawback is you just get one head and the travel case is flimsy, with two of us using meant an extra purchase of more heads, I think for the price two could be included in the pack.
