A big improvement on the previous model..Very easy to use particularly liked the new timer Excellent
The io10 is smart, cleans your teeth much better than previous models, however, if this is shared by a family, a way to differentiate which head belongs to which family member has not been thought through. You can not add the colour coded bands as on previous models nor do oral b provide or sell a head holder which is not ideal for a family. Not great for such an expensive product hence dropping 1 star.
