Does not hold charge; is not useful for travel
I agree with the other reviewers that this toothbrush cleans extremely well. But that is where it ends. I took this toothbrush on holiday to Australia recently and was very disappointed. It states that the battery life is 14 days - it is a week at best. The travel case with charger only works on a UK bathroom power point ie it does not work on any other power source and the cord and plug is unique to this so it does not work on any normal power point or international power adaptor or charger. The case is just a bulkier version of the stand. The case does not hold any charge so it has to be plugged in to charge the toothbrush. I had high hopes for this advertised charging travel case but it does not work outside of the UK. When buying something for travel, I think it is reasonable to expect it would work internationally. I bought this replace an earlier version Oral B that is cheaper, cleans almost as well and the battery life is longer. I do not recommend this product. It is just not value for money, nor does it do what is suggests it will - travel.

Easy purchase but quite expensive, fortunately my Dentist gave me a discount card so I was able to purchase at half price. Best electronic tooth cleaner I have ever used and I would highly recommend - 5*

Brilliant clean but…..
So I had the 1st brush for a month but after needing to charge it every day I got a refund thinking it was faulty and bought another one. Same thing happened. It charges to 100% but use it a few times and it goes to 62% then stops working!!! Just got another refund. That said though, it cleans your teeth like no other electric brush that I’ve ever used. My teeth felt so clean and my mouth so fresh. Just a shame that this very expensive brush is useless at holding the battery charge.

Excellent product
I've struggled to find an electronic toothbrush that gives a decent clean without being left like you're cracking your teeth with all the vibrations.. left feeling clean and fresh. Very happy with results. A++++

Yes, it’s expensive. But it’s the best.
The price seemed high, but it can be justified if the twice daily experience is far superior. I can answer that categorically as yes. Using the app I was able to brush my entire mouth and teeth evenly and timely. It also warned if I was pressing too hard. So I just followed the instructions and stopped when I was told. My entire mouth and teeth were noticeably cleaner than after sonicare. The action was very similar to sonicare but the rotating brush seemed to be gentler on the gums whilst more effective on the teeth. It was nice to get the smiley face for a job well done (you will get a grumpy face if you get it wrong!) and see my progress on the app, syncing my day with Apple health. It is an expensive initial purchase, but if you are someone for whom only the best will do, then look no further.

Life changing toothbrush
[This review was collected as part of a promotion] I was gifted this toothbrush from my grandparents oddly for my birthday this year so about 4 months ago. I had issues with my gums bleeding and honestly just didn't like brushing twice a day my semi automatic brush feels so ordinary now. Genuinely love this brush as now my gums have stop bleeding my teeth actually are whiter. I look forward to brushing. The magnetic pouch is lovely steardy and a good weight but by no means heavy. In general it so sleek and looks amazing in my bathroom. I has it's on little place on my shelves and it's asthetically pleasing. I use it everyday an love it alot. would 1 billion percent recommend to anyone
