Ultimate clean heads
5These are fantastic. The blue colour bristles loose their colour and when white or clear, you need to change the brush head. The tooth brush logs the date when you renew the brush head and reminds you when it should be changed. Overall, I'm new to this system, and I love it so far.

Good but a bit expensive
4These brushes are designed for the new iO range of Oral-B electric toothbrushes. In fact they only work with the iO models. Irritatingly other brushes, even made by Oral-B, are not compatible with the new iO brush heads. You’re advised to use the brush heads for around three months so here for a single user, brushing twice a day, the four pack of brushes will last for a year. There’s a saving also for buying a four pack. The brushes work well and the iO toothbrushes are superior to others.
